Tekstvak: Notification: although the word chemical might sound dangerous, it only means that there is a chemical reaction involved. We like to refer to the preparation of red cabbage, which during cooking changes color. Addition of f.ex. vinegar changes the color back to red. this is chemistry, but not dangerous at all.
